— MEET OUR TEAM —
Who We Are
The homes we run all operate under the same philosophy:
We put residents at the heart of everything we do…
Following seven years experience in the Care Industry — managing homes for BUPA and acting as a Regional Relief Manager for Care UK, Allison has been an invaluable member of the team. She takes great pleasure in being able to sit and have a chat over a cup of tea, listen to some music or just share some quiet time with the residents.
Commissioning & Operations Manager
Michelle is committed to leading and inspiring the teams across our homes and has helped build our company’s reputation for delivering outstanding individual care to residents. A qualified mental health nurse with over 25 years’ experience in the sector, Michelle has shaped our values and guided our approach.
With qualifications in business administration and business management, Jessica ensures our organisation deals with all matters quickly and efficiently. She drives us to be pro-active and supportive of residents and staff at all times. As she helps us grow the business she also keeps us ticking on a day-to-day basis.
Quality & Training Manager
The best quality care comes about through truly knowing the individual. Based on this belief, Dan’s vision for Walden care is to transcend the traditional carer/resident model and provide our staff with training that promotes relationships, equality and mutual respect. Our training programme is centred on growth and self-discovery alongside the core disciplines.
The passion Gavin brings to Walden Care every day is infectious, providing a platform for the family ethos that permeates our company. He often takes his bearded collie Mylo with him to all the homes, which the residents love, and when he’s looking after his two boys he takes them as well.
As a co-founder of Walden Care, Mike has been in the healthcare sector since 2005. His aim is to provide exceptional care in a stunning environment at an affordable price. Mike’s philosophy is that if our leadership team care for staff to the best of their ability they will in turn look after our residents to the best of their ability.
